The Buckley Coworking is a brand new architecturally designed Co-Working Space based in Dublin city centre. It features 29 desks over 2 floors, with lightening fast gigabyte broadband, meeting rooms and a large double height  breakout area, together with a kitchenette, secure underground bike parking and even a ping pong table to de-stress!

Just a couple of minutes stroll to the IFSC and major transport links such as Connolly train station, it’s ideal for commuters on train/tram/bus or bike. With plenty of amenities nearby, from restaurants and cafes, to bars, hotels and shops, it has everything you could need in a Co-Working Space. It’s the perfect location for SME’s, Entrepreneurs and Freelancers alike who would like to work in a friendly, professional, plant filled space brimming with natural light, which is both hi-tec, secure and affordable to work from. We pride ourselves in the ease of getting set up and started.

What is a Dedicated Desk


The Dedicated Desks are situated in our Co-Working Space

You can set up your permanent computer, monitors, filing, printer etc for your business

When you book a Dedicated Desk you have sole use of your desk for the duration of your stay

You can also register your business address at this location and have all your post directed to your Dedicated Desk

A Dedicated Desk member has fob access and can avail of all facilities, including meeting rooms

Dedicated Desks come at a low cost per day rate when compared to Hot Desks

 

 

 

What is a Hot Desk


Our Hot Desks are situated in our Co-Working Space

A Hot Desk is a temporary desk provided on a daily basis.

A Hot Desk member has access 09:00 to 17:30 Mon to Fri and is provided with an access pin to come and go as required.

If you are using a Hot Desk for more then a couple of weeks we would recommend you consider a Dedicated Desk as they come at a low cost per day rate when compared to Hot Desks

Fair use policy applies! Less then 2 hours per day per room please, note RnRs

Security and Access


Please note the area is monitored internally and externally by CCTV

Users of this office do so at their own risk. The management will not accept responsibility for any damages accidents or losses. Please have insurance in place for your own property.

Please use your fob or pin for all access. Please note you should not lend your fob to anyone else, it is personal to you and all access is recorded online.

Please ensure all doors are closed behind you after they open, they should be locked at all times.

Use of kitchen


The Kitchen is available to use by all, with free freshly ground coffee and various teas.

Please always leave the kitchen as you would like to find it, keeping all surfaces clean

The Kitchenette includes fridge, dishwasher, microwave, delph and cutlery.

Please use the breakout area for seating to have shared lunches together.

Hot Desk - Day Pass - Terms and Conditions

  • Book Now – Using Connected Hubs
  • Access = Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:30
  • Use of “Hot Desk” with monitor/keyboard/mouse (bring your own laptop)
  • Facilities = Full use of the Kitchen/Breakout Areas/1GB Synchronous Wi-Fi
  • Tea/Coffee = Free tea and freshly ground coffee
  • Rent = €19 plus VAT per day

Dedicated Desk - Terms and Conditions

  • Access with fob 24 X 7 
  • Desk = your own desk for your sole use throughout your stay
  • Facilities = Full use of  kitchen / breakout area / basement bike parking / Ping Pong Room
  • Tea/Coffee = Free tea and freshly ground coffee
  • Meeting Room = Free use of the meeting rooms (fair use policy, book through online diary)
  • Rent = €250 plus VAT payable monthly in advance (*€300 for a desk shared between 2 people)
  • Security Deposit = €250 which is refundable subject to terms and conditions
  • Termination = minimum 3 months letting agreement thereafter 1 months notice at any time via email
  • * Desks can be shared with 2 part time people so long as they do not use simultaneously

Hot Desk - 10 day block - Terms and Conditions

  • Access = Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:30
  • Facilities = Full use of the Kitchen/Breakout Areas/1GB Synchronous Wi-Fi
  • Tea/Coffee = Free tea and freshly ground coffee
  • Rent = €160 plus VAT
  • Access Days = 10 days, which must be used fully within 30 days of invoice date

Meeting Rooms - Seats 8/14 - Terms and Conditions

  • Ground Floor Meeting Room – Seats 6-8 = €50/2hrs €80/4.5hrs €140/8hrs (excl VAT) – Check Diary HERE
  • Mezzanine Meeting Room – Seats 4-6 = €40/2hrs €60/4.5hrs €100/8hrs (excl VAT) – Check Diary HERE
  • Access = Typically Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:30 or by appointment
  • Coffee = Free freshly ground coffee and tea
  • Please note we can also provide rooms for longer bookings e.g. for training events etc.

Virtual Office Address - Terms and Conditions

  • Register/advertise your company at our address
  • Licence Agreement for “virtual desk” (postal address) at our address
  • Post forwarding and/or scanning and emailing *
  • 50% discount on meeting room use **
  • 2 Free hot desk use per month
  • Cost = €160 per month (excl VAT)

*Letters only, (not parcels),  fair use policy of up to 4 standard letters per month after which €5 per letter. International letters scan and email only. Post forwarded within 5 working days (excluding office holidays).
